Having travelled for 3 hours to Brandon, I was starving.. I was very content when I left this lovely little establishment.
Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Lovely place to eat and recharge for the day.
Will definitely come again, if and when I am next in the area.

I have always liked the ambience in this restaurant. Tonight, it didn't disappoint. It looked very festive but also warm and welcoming. The food was very sumptuous, the portions just perfect 👌
The service was excellent, staff very friendly and accommodating.
I am very happy with tonight's experience.

This local restaurant is an absolute must, my friends and I love Valentino’s. The staff are amazing, always going out of their way to make your experience memorable. The food is a wonder for your tastebuds. This occasion was to celebrate Christmas & friendship. What a lovely way to do just that. The restaurant was decorated beautifully which added to the atmosphere. Thanks once again Nicky and all the staff for making the occasion so special. Have a great Christmas all xxx

Was in Brandon Bridge on a trip down from Paisley Scotland popped into Valentino’s as it appeared to be the only Restaurant in town open, had a nice meal with my wife and a pleasantly decorated and clean establishment, the serving staff were lovely. Now for the bad news, They point blank REFUSED TO TAKE MY MONEY, have you guessed yet, I only had Scottish notes with me. I thought we were still British and our money was good south of the border, I have recently been down in London area and in Brandon near Ipswich. I was really put out by this stand but the manager would not budge on the issue no matter what I said, I was hoping she would call the police but she just stood there saying she could not take my money to the bank ? And that all other establishments in the town where the same. I went 50 yards down the street to Aldi and they took my money without question, SHAME on you Valentino’s, terrible customer service and discrimination against fellow brits. Just to say I did pay the bill by card on Wednesday before leaving for home again as I just would not not pay.

Edit:Just lost a star due to the odd reply below, clearly referring to somebody else. This was a walk in lunch service, not dinner.
I have to admit, I was expecting worse in Brandon, a very run down town. I stood for about 7 minutes smiling at the server before she eventually said hello. Food arrived promptly which was nothing amazing and coffee ridiculously too hot. The music being played was awful and way too loud... Perhaps I'm getting old?

Their take away coffee was nice but it was extortionate. Just under £4 for the smallest size take away cup ever and that was apparently their regular size!! It was smaller than a small Costa coffee. Wouldn't buy coffee from here again.

I absolutely love this place. Excellent food & drinks, fabulous staff & quick, efficient service, it's always clean and calm environment even when it's obviously busy, always a nice treat to have food & drink here.

Having been to valentinosfir an evening meal I was a little let down. Yes food was 1st class, something for everyone on the menu. Decor and ambience lovely.
However, when we ever tried to get someone's attention to order more more drinks, no one was looking towards the back of the restaurant. Also it is common practice that salt and pepper is already on the table as people different seasoning needs. Asking for this took 5 mins as again no one was checking on their diners.
A little bit more care and attention to detail would have got 5 ⭐️.
Hope to return and see if these problems have been addressed.

Exceptional place and atmosphere to eat in, with consistent high quality food. I have always recieved perfectly stone baked pizza’s which ,needless to say, has become my go to place for my doughy cravings to be satisfied. Absolutely Fantastic !

Amazing experience at this beautiful little cafè.
Food was great and delicious served from a young lady with a great attitude and sense of humour.

Not the first time we've been here for dinner but decided to leave a review as it's consistently great.
To start I had the Aglio (Garlic Bread), my partner had Calamari. We shared these and enjoyed both. I had a Fillet medium rare which was cooked perfectly. My partner had a Sirloin rare and said it was full of flavour, I agree.
I had a Strawberry Daiquiri, which was delicious. My partner had a Cosmopolitan and Mojito which she enjoyed thoroughly.
Service was friendly and quick. Regularly getting checked on and asked if we wanted more drinks etc. The bill was brought over quickly too which I often find in other places your left waiting for the bill and to leave.
This is the experience we consistently have. We've been here for Brunch, Lunch, Dinner and coffee dates. We've had no issues in the probably 4 dining experiences and the too many to count coffee dates.
It's one of our go to's as we know we will have a good time with good food and drinks.

Been here with my family last week for my dad’s birthday, food was gorgeous and the service was exceptional. Our waitress went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!! Will definitely come back!!
